  10. I have started a free technical C++ newsletter.  It will contain
  11. information on new language features, present code examples, offer
  12. performance tips, and so on.  The newsletter will compare C and C++
  13. and show how C++ can be used as a supplement to C without getting into
  14. object-oriented features (the so-called "better C" approach to C++).
